When you register you should add your VAT number to your account. A message on your dashboard will pop-up if you have not done so.
To add your VAT number, go to your account settings > account details > scroll down for invoice details > add your VAT number and related data, such as your company name, address and chamber of commerce number.
I added my VAT number, but I get an error
Our system has a check build-in to see if your data is correct. If not, an error will occur and your data will not be accepted. If you want to make sure your data is correct, go to https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation. This is an official website of the European Union where you can look up your VAT number and the exact data you are registered with. Make sure this is exactly the same.
