What should I do if I have any questions about the source text?

If you have questions about the source text, you can contact the client in the order. 


  • Click "Order contact" (figure 1)
  • Click "Message client", type your message and click "Save" (figure 2)
  • The client receives your message. If the client responds, you will be notified by e-mail and you can see the respond in the messagecenter in the order. If necassary, you can reply to the client here as well.

This option is only for questions related to the content of the translation (terminology, tone of voice, lack of clarity about the text). For questions regarding the functioning of the platform, the deadline or other questions, please email info@fairlingo.com.

The question you ask here will be sent directly to the customer. Therefore, pay attention to friendly language without spelling mistakes, communicate in English or Dutch and only use your first name. Do not exchange other personal data with the customer. If the customer indicates that they have questions that are not related to the content of the translation, please refer him or her to info@fairlingo.com.
