Audit assignments can be created by clients when they have an already translated text they want to check. This translation has been done by someone outside of Fairlingo.
Is it similar to a post-edit assignments?
This type of assignment is similar to a post-edit assignment, but usually the translation has been done by a real translator in stead of a translation machine.
Extra instruction file available?
The client may leave an extra information file or notes to make sure you check on the most important details of the text. Always make sure to read these well before starting the assignment so you know what to look for, besides checking the text in general.
Source text available?
Sometimes a client will have a source text, along with the already translated text. This way you can have an extra check to make sure the first translation has been done correctly. The source text should always be leading, if available.
Any trouble?
If you encounter bad texts or any other things that may hinder the process, you should report it via the assignment, or contact our community managers to assist you. Together with you and the client we will look for a solution. You can contact us at info@fairlingo.com
